No Education Without Accreditation

A California judge ruled that you can't homeschool your children if you don't have a valid teaching license. An interesting approach. It reminds me of how they finally got Al Capone- with tax evasion of all things. They really went after Al Capone because it was a turf thing; sure, he broke the laws, but he also provided services usually monopolized by the government, and we can't have that here. Home schooling is similar- its a service the government monopolizes; even in private schools it makes sure it's conditions are met.
