Approximations

I spent a little time on the web trying to figure out my calories and nutrition counts, since I haven't done that in a while. It looks like I'm getting about 70% of my calories from fat, 23 percent protein, and whatever is left from carbohydrates.

And the calorie count is usually below 2000.
I thought I was eating a little too much yesterday, but after checking out the data, it looks like I was right around 2000, which suggest perhaps I don't need to worry too much.

I will continue to avoid grains, but I am trying raise the carbohydrate level from healthy sources (fruit, vegetables) just a little bit.
