Charter School Rules

They that give the charter make the rules. Cato's Neal McCluskey has the scoop:

Well I’ve just learned — perhaps before reporters have even been able to write their stories, because I haven’t yet found a news link to it — that New York’s Public Employee Relations Board will force the KIPP AMP charter school in New York City to let its teachers unionize.

Any successful school in this country is at risk because with success comes reputation, and the socialists are willing to steal institutions from us, so that they can replace teaching with propaganda, and crank out a few more generations of misinformed malcontents before anyone notices.

Governments should not be involved in education at all.
