For a good chunk of Eagle Eye I was imagining how cool it would be if this turned out to be the first Hollywood version of Adam Selene. Of course, in the end, they just didn't think to take it in that direction and too many innocents were put into danger for me to continue rooting for the success of project Guillotine.
Still, it's much more fun than I thought it would be, especially when certain founding document were mentioned in the context that they were. Any sufficiently intelligent being would come to similar conclusions, though hopefully in reality it would be a bit more careful about putting schoolchildren in harm's way. In which case I could cheer without reservation.
