Covenant Community LLC

I'm thinking about a company which buys houses. This company would only be interested in houses that were next door to community members. We buy it, fix it up, and give other community members a chance to decide whether or not they'll live there. Over time, we could develop some strong groupings.

It's probably a fallacy to assume the distribution would stay the same as it is now. Over time, certain neighbourhoods become prohibitively expensive. Those already living there may need to think about moving, rather than the other way around. I suspect we could see a few groupings, most likely along socio-economic lines, but there's likely another level I don't know about. This program would allow for a lot of shifting and make us more responsive, not only to our own needs, but to the surrounding area.
