Confirmation From Other Quarters

Roto Rooter charged someone $250 and didn't fix anything:
Oh, I forgot to add I had roto rooter out before I bought the basin to tell me that they couldn't find anything ($250 later).

So, I guess I should be glad that they broke the pipe. At least they are clearly liable in my case.
