Dvorak suggests California should be broken up into smaller states. Oh please somebody start a ballot initiative on this one! If the people of California voted to decentralize and reform as three states, imagine the shockwaves felt everywhere, including Washington D.C.!
We desperately need something other than the status quo, and voting for some guy who talks about change ain't working, so more imaginative moves must be made.
