Self Regulating

The folks over at the Foundation for Economic Education have posted Regulation Red Herring;
Why There's No Such Thing as an Unregulated Market
.
It explains free market order as a consequence of human action, not human design.

The herring swims both ways, as we shall soon see. The FEE article explains how regulation arises naturally in free markets, but we shall soon begin to notice how political regulation, too often in direct opposition the natural order, will shut down trade.
