Patriarchy The Natural End Of Anarchy?

I like a lot of the theoretical work anarcho-capitalists have done. I think it is certainly possible to have private courts, private law, indeed many government functions can be privatized and the overall level of service can be improved through open competition. I also happen to think the end result looks more like a sea of patriarchies due in large part to natural preferences. Who would you want to judge you? Even should we assume we all started out with private companies, a biological component would appear- from merely using the court your father did, to being part of an extended family most comfortable standing before judges related to them, to having a whole city either related by blood or chosen by reputation attached to a particular court system.
