Still Running Out Of Stuff To Read

From my Google Reader Stat page:

From your 777 subscriptions, over the last 30 days you read 16,677 items, starred 5 items, shared 33 items, and emailed 3 items.

I seem to run out somewhere near noon on most days.
Usually skip it entirely on Sundays.

I wonder if I'm just skipping over stuff more, or am I actually processing stuff faster?
