A Mom in Georgia gets arrested for letting her child get a tattoo.
Mom should not have gotten arrested. Now, if mom had not been subjected to public school during her formative years, she may have realized a tattoo wasn't the best way to memorialize one's big brother, but I digress.
Stupid or not, this was mom's call, not the government's.
